One Minute, Healthier Hands 🔥
HOW TO USE?
1. How to Start
- Hold the ball firmly in one hand (dominant hand recommended).
- Look inside the transparent dome for the white arrows on the rotor.
- Roll the rotor with your thumb(s) following the arrows.
- Roll quickly until you feel strong resistance and the rotor spins fast.
- Release — the ball will spin and vibrate on its own.
Tips: Tilt the ball slightly while rolling. It gets easier after 5–10 tries.
2. How to Exercise
Once spinning strongly:
- Hold the ball in your palm and rotate your wrist in circles, figure-8s, up-down, and side-to-side.
- The faster you move, the stronger the resistance (burning feeling in wrist/forearm is normal).
Quick Exercises:
- Wrist & forearm: Elbow at 90°, twist like turning a doorknob.
- Grip: Rotate the ball in strong circles.
- Arm & shoulder: Keep arm straight and rotate wrist.
Tip: Train 1–3 minutes per hand, start slow, then speed up. Train both hands.
