The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse and postal office process the orders, which takes an additional 2-4 days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
International delivery usually takes about 5-14 business days to arrive at your destination but can take longer from time to time due to customs and other regulatory checks.
If you wait longer than 20 business days, please send us an email to support@saludea.com and we will do our best to take the necessary steps to take care of the issue.
---HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?---
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track your shipment. Please visit our dedicated TRACK YOUR ORDER page on our website. Here, you will be able to enter your tracking number and monitor the progress of your shipment as it makes its way to your doorstep.
---WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER---
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
