3 Simple Steps
Step 1 — Get It Spinning
Hold the ball firmly in your palm. Look inside the dome for the white arrows on the rotor, then roll it with your thumb in that direction — quickly, until you feel resistance. Let go and it spins on its own. (Easier after a few tries!)
Step 2 — Rotate Your Wrist
Once it’s spinning, circle your wrist — small loops, figure-8s, up and down. The faster you move, the stronger it pushes back. That warm, working feeling means it’s doing its job.
Step 3 — Do Both Hands
Give each hand 1–3 minutes, starting slow and speeding up as you like. Then switch sides so both wrists get their turn.
Start gentle — a few tries and you’ll have it spinning like a pro.
Frequently Asked
Fit · use · 4 answers
Is it hard to get started?
Not at all — it’s self-starting. Just flick the inner rotor with your thumb and circle your wrist. No string to pull, no strength needed to begin.
Is it gentle enough for stiff or achy hands?
Yes — the resistance is 100% controlled by your own speed. Spin slow for a soft, soothing warm-up; there’s no jarring impact and nothing to strain.
How long should I use it?
Just a minute or two a day is plenty to feel a difference. Use it whenever — at your desk, on the couch, or waiting in line.
Does it need batteries?
Never. Both the resistance and the LED glow are powered by the spin itself — no batteries, no charging, always ready to go.
