I love this one. Very good and I am using it every day. I can do 10 times at the moment so need to build up more.
@Maryln S. Pay attention because you can't miss the video on "how to" before purchasing. Now if you choose not to find the training video, may I suggest get it out of the drawer, put it in your mouth, stand tall make sure your head is tilted just slightly back and then breathe in from your abdomen breathing deep and then breathe out. It's purpose is to strengthen the facial and neck muscles. do three or four reps 10 or 20 times to start off with. So now you have no excuse you've been shown how to do it and I'd appreciate it if you changed the review they don't know me I have no ties to them but before you do a bad review you really should research all your options because this is somebody's business and livelihood.
This is my 3rd order. Everytime I think I have enough I tell someone else and have to make another order. It really works!!! It's truely a gamechanger for advanced aging and people losing their throat muscle. Highly recommend! My jowels are disappearing. I love these products.
