From your face up to your scalp — always glide in your lifting direction, slowly and gently.

From your chin up toward behind the ears, following your jaw. Both sides evenly — spend a little longer where it feels tight.
Use the rounded back to sweep your cheekbones from low to high, for a lifted, fuller look.
With the two nubs, make small gentle circles around tired eyes, then down the sides of your nose. Perfect after a late night.
Circle across the forehead, then lightly tap the temples. Your whole face relaxes and feels lighter.
