4 Golden Moves
Beginners start at level 3 — do 20 reps, 4 sets a day.
Pull the band down behind your head. Great for toning the upper back and smoothing that stubborn back-and-bra-line area.
Roll the shoulders back against the tension. Perfect for slouching shoulders or a soft double chin — do it often.
Pull the band out to your sides. Targets arm flab and those pesky side rolls — a favorite for toned arms.
Press into a “W” shape with elbows down. Builds defined shoulders, better posture and a real confidence boost.
Too heavy? Just remove a few strands — add them back as you get stronger.
Frequently Asked
Fit · use · 4 answers
I’m out of shape — is it too hard?
Not at all. Start with just 2 tubes (around 10–15 lb) and build from there. It’s gentle enough for a total beginner and grows with you as you get stronger.
Can it really help my posture & neck?
Yes — the pulling motion strengthens the upper-back muscles that hold your shoulders back. As they get stronger, your chest opens and your neck looks longer and more defined.
Is it comfortable on the hands?
Very. The wide cat-ear handles with anti-slip grip spread the pressure across your whole hand — no thin cords digging into your palms.
Do I need any gym experience?
None. The moves are simple and low-impact — a few gentle pulls a day is all it takes. No machines, no setup, no intimidation.
