TMV Media – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Chubaobao LLC ("we", "us"), operator of the Saludea brand (saludea.com), collects, uses, stores and deletes information in TMV Media, our internal tool for managing the YouTube channels owned by our company.

1. YouTube API Services

TMV Media uses the YouTube API Services. By using TMV Media, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Information we access

When an authorized staff member connects a company-owned YouTube channel through Google's consent screen, TMV Media may access, with the permissions granted:

  • Google account basics: the email address of the account used to connect, so we know which account manages the channel.
  • Channel information: channel ID, name, handle, thumbnail, subscriber, video and view counts.
  • Videos we upload: title, description, tags, privacy status, thumbnail and the resulting video ID and processing status.
  • Comments on our videos: comment text, author display name, publish time and comment IDs, so we can reply to viewers or hide spam.
  • Analytics: aggregated channel and video statistics from YouTube Analytics (such as views, watch time and subscribers gained). These reports do not identify individual viewers.
  • OAuth tokens: access and refresh tokens issued by Google that allow TMV Media to act on the connected channel.

3. Permissions (scopes) and why we need them

  • youtube.upload – to upload our original videos to our channels.
  • youtube.force-ssl – to set thumbnails, post a comment on our own videos, reply to viewer comments and hide spam comments.
  • yt-analytics.readonly – to read performance statistics of our channels.
  • openid, email – to identify which Google account connected the channel.

4. How we use information

We use the information above only to operate TMV Media's features for our own channels: publishing videos, managing comments, showing analytics and tracking API quota usage. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except service providers that host our systems under confidentiality obligations or where required by law.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Storage and security

  • Data is stored on servers controlled by Chubaobao LLC.
  • OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Access is limited to authorized staff.
  • Connections to Google use HTTPS.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Channel statistics and analytics are refreshed regularly and are not kept longer than 30 days without being refreshed, in line with YouTube API policies; stale data is deleted.
  • When a channel is disconnected in TMV Media, its tokens are deleted immediately and its stored data is deleted within 30 days.
  • You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@saludea.com; we will complete it within 7 days.

7. Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the channel in TMV Media, or through the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

8. Cookies

TMV Media uses only cookies needed to keep authorized staff signed in and to protect the Google sign-in flow. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
