— Just 5 Minutes A Day —

Take An Inch Off Your Back — And Look 10 Years Younger.

No gym. No hard workouts. One little figure-8 band gently opens tight shoulders, a rounded back and loose arms — right in your living room.

The Figure-8 Stretch Band

Nobody believes me when I say I'm 60.

No gym. No trainer. No fancy machines. For years, the only thing my whole family picks up — my husband, my 87-year-old father, my son, even my granddaughter — is this one little resistance band.

Five minutes a day melted the thickness off my back, lifted my shoulders, and gave me a body I'm proud of at 60. My whole community on Instagram, @taichiwithmom, started right here with me.

Now it's your turn.

Watch The Follow-Along Routine1:09 · with @taichiwithmom
1The W Pull-Down
Full Back. Perfect for older bodies — it works the entire back and pulls your posture tall and upright.
2Mountain Climber Pull-Down
Full Body. Both feet moving — a full-body sweat that fires up legs, glutes, shoulders, back and arms.
3Side Pulls With A Lunge
Arms & Sides. Targets the arms and sides. If your arms hang limp, practice this one often.
4Shoulder Circles
Shoulders. Slow circles to open up the back — you'll feel the shoulder relief instantly.
5Head-Tilt Back Pull
Back & Chest. For a hunched, drooping back: tilt your head back and pull your chest open to stretch the entire back.
6Glute Workout BONUS
Glutes & Hips. Step into a lunge and anchor the band under your front foot, a handle in each hand. Squeeze your glutes and drive your hips forward, then slowly release. Lifts and shapes the glutes and firms up flat, saggy hips.

? Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not really the exercising type — can I still use it?
Absolutely. This isn't heavy training — you start with a gentle, feel-good stretch. Aim for just 5 minutes a day and build from there.
Is there an age limit?
No age limit. If you have pain or a health condition, go easy and check with your doctor first, but the light resistance is designed to be gentle for older bodies.
Will it help with stiff shoulders and posture?
It's a lovely way to gently move the muscles around your shoulder blades and open a rounded back. It's not a medical device, but it makes a wonderful daily posture habit.
How often should I use it?
Daily is fine as long as there's no pain. On tired days, simply do fewer reps. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Is it easy to store and travel with?
Yes — it's light, folds flat and slips into a bag or drawer. Use it in the living room, at the office, or on a trip.

Customer photo review of Saludea Resistance Band

This tension belt is as shown in the picture I've 😆🤣 already tried it, it's good for exercising I recommend it! Thank you very much and blessings to all

Saludea Resistance Band

As an elderly lady with a tight band, I can't do the exercise shown, so I created my own exercises, which I enjoy while I watch a half-hour show every night. My arms and shoulders have tightened, and my posture has improved. I wore my first one out and am loving the new one, too!

The 5-Minute Sculpt Band

I love the thicker stretch belt that I am now using. I have used it for about 2 weeks now and can see the difference. I feel I need to continue for a bit longer to show real results but I love doing the work and it makes me stand tall rather than leaning forward. thank you for your support

The 5-Minute Sculpt Band

The resistance band is to small and short maybe its intended to be use by kids not for adults . Even if you stretch it all the way it can only go maybe around 2 feet so its a waste of money buying it

Saludea Resistance Band + Free Exercise Video Guide

The band is durable but seems too small. Taichimom is very petite but being talker and larger, there is not enough stretch to do the back exercises which is ehst I most wanted to do. Her son seems to have a larger stretch band in a fifferent color. Why can’t we customers have that choice too. I have had no luck finding s support link to ask. I will say the order was fulfilled fast and that was nice. I am just disappointed that it is too small.

Saludea Resistance Band + Free Exercise Video Guide

I'm still working on getting to move again. I have MS and sometimes have a very hard time moving. Sometimes I think I can do things and have to grab on to something to keep from falling. Looking up makes me dizzy. But little by little I keep trying.

Saludea Resistance Band + Free Exercise Video Guide

I like the band, however, I am taller than average and the band just doesn’t seem to stretch far enough to get full range of motion. Loving the tai chi exercise on instagram - noticed a difference in flexibility, posture, and strength in just a few weeks. Thanks!
