TMV Media – Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of TMV Media, an internal tool operated by Chubaobao LLC ("we", "us"), the company behind the Saludea brand (saludea.com).
1. Who may use TMV Media
TMV Media is available only to staff authorized by Chubaobao LLC, and only for YouTube channels owned by Chubaobao LLC. It is not a public service.
2. YouTube Terms
TMV Media uses the YouTube API Services. By using TMV Media you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
- Upload only original content that the company owns or has the rights to use.
- Follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and spam, deceptive practices and scams policies.
- Do not upload the same or near-identical content to multiple channels, or use TMV Media to artificially increase views, comments or engagement.
- Automated replies are limited in number, must not contain links, and must be relevant to the viewer's comment.
- Disclose paid promotions where required by YouTube policies and applicable law.
4. Accounts and access
Channels are connected through Google's OAuth consent screen. Access can be revoked at any time in TMV Media or at Google security settings. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
5. Availability
TMV Media is provided "as is". Publishing may be delayed by YouTube API quota limits, processing time or service interruptions. We may change or stop TMV Media at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chubaobao LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of TMV Media.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Chubaobao LLC is registered.
